Certifications & Awards

01

Harvesting

The olives are harvested only when they reach their ideal stage of ripeness: we constantly monitor our olive groves, observing the evolution of the drupes week by week in order to precisely identify the perfect harvesting period.

02

Processing

Once harvested, the olives are immediately taken to the mill and processed within a few hours, in order to preserve their freshness and integrity. The olive oil is cold extracted in a controlled environment to protect the most delicate aromas and the nutritional properties that characterize a true extra virgin olive oil.

03

Storage

The extra virgin olive oil is then stored in stainless steel containers inside a climate-controlled environment, where the temperature is constantly maintained at 16°C. This allows the product’s freshness and aromas to be preserved over time.

04

Packaging

To preserve its quality all the way to your table, we exclusively choose dark glass bottles and bag-in-box packaging designed to protect the extra virgin olive oil from light, air and heat. In this way, its character remains intact, maintaining the same intensity and fragrance as when it first came out of the mill.
